We have relaunched our Keira Walsh Development Centre for the 2024/25 season and I'm dropping you an email to see if you could pass the following information on to female players in your club who would fit in this age bracket.

There will be 2 weeks of trials and it will be starting on Thursday 26th September and Friday 27th September.

The Keira Walsh Development Centre is open to all female footballers, with dual age band teams at u10,12,14 and 16’s, the programme runs in line with the Rochdale AFC Development Centre Programme (Boys) and is supported by Rochdale born Lioness Keira Walsh.

I must emphasise that these sessions do not clash or interrupt the players commitments to their grassroots football team. We want to work alongside grassroots teams, not against them!

All coaches will be UEFA qualified and there will be games against other pro club development centres and academy teams during school holidays, which will allow individuals to step out if their comfort zone and push themselves to reach their maximum potential, without it clashing with their grassroots football teams! The matches will be recorded by our Veo camera with detailed feedback and season reports available for each player.
